Booking and punctuality
Book your appointment in advance online or by phone. We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before the massage starts. In case of delay, the massage duration may be shortened without a price reduction.
Cancellation
Cancel your booking at least 24 hours in advance by phone or email. For late cancellation or no-show, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.
Hygiene and health
Please shower before the massage. Postpone the massage if you have acute infections, fever or skin conditions. Inform the masseuse about allergies, injuries or health restrictions.
Conduct in the salon
- Respect masseuses and other clients
- Turn off your mobile phone in the massage room
- The salon is a place of relaxation — please behave calmly and discreetly
- Massage is provided exclusively as a professional service
Payment
Payment is made after the massage in cash or by card according to current salon options. See the current price list on the Price list.
